Adds time-based expiry to the in-memory response cache. The eviction timer isn't cancelled on clear(), so a stale timer can fire after a manual flush and revive evicted entries.

  • clear() doesn't cancel the pending eviction timer -> entries can reappear
  • No test covering clear() during the TTL window

A couple of things before this is good to merge: 1. clear() doesn't cancel the pending eviction timer, so a stale timer can fire after a flush and revive evicted entries — cancel it inside clear(). 2. Add a test that calls clear() during the TTL window to lock this down. Otherwise the TTL eviction approach looks solid. Thanks!
